Betviza Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Betviza. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Betviza platform and all its services. By opening an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Betviza and the user. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Betviza's services.

Betviza reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Management

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Betviza:

• Only one account is permitted per person. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and any remaining balances being forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to Betviza immediately.
• The mobile number and email address linked to your account must remain active at all times.

KYC Verification

Betviza conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for security and legal compliance purposes. A national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be required before withdrawal or once a certain threshold is reached.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

Betviza strictly refrains from providing services to anyone under 18. The following individuals are not eligible to use Betviza:

• Anyone under the age of 18
• Anyone whose Betviza account has been previously closed or banned
• Users with an active self-exclusion
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law

Betviza takes the strongest measures to protect minors. If age verification fails, the account will be immediately suspended and all deposited funds will be returned.

4. Payment & Transaction Rules

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount at Betviza is ৳100.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 seconds to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betviza offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: A set number of bets must be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 10x–30x).
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or categories.
• No double bonus: Each promotion can only be claimed once per member. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is a punishable offence.
• Bonus Abuse: Abusing bonuses or manipulating the system will result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Betviza at all times:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
• Live betting odds may change at any time once an event has started.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• If a bet fails to complete due to a technical issue, Betviza will investigate and make a final decision.

Casino & Games

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG and are completely fair.
• Betviza reserves the right to correct any erroneous payouts caused by a software error.
• Progressive jackpot winnings will be paid out after verification.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are direct violations of Betviza's Terms and will result in strict action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent information
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system
• Use of Computer Programs, Bots, or Automation Software
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
• Cyber attacks on any Betviza system or server
• Deceiving or harassing other members

8. Security & Privacy

Betviza employs the highest level of technical measures to protect your personal data:

• All data transmissions are secured with SSL/TLS encryption.
• Passwords are stored in encrypted format — not even Betviza staff can view them.
• Suspicious login attempts may require additional verification.
• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Cancelled by Member

You can request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Terminated by Betviza

Betviza may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is found
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• To comply with legal requirements
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)

10. Responsible Gaming Policy

Betviza is committed to responsible gaming. We want all our members to enjoy betting in a safe and healthy way. To support this, we provide the following tools:
